My passion for being a counselor stems from my belief in each person’s innate capacity for healthy growth and change. I have had the privilege of assisting children, families, teens, and adults transform their lives by reclaiming their sense of self and reaching their goals.

In order to effectively assist clients in reaching their goals, I utilize a variety of evidence-based practices to best suit the needs of each individual client, honoring each person’s culture and preferences. I specialize in Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy.
